I've browsed the documentation cd(s) and can't locate the guide for programming a system-wide speed dial on Nortel Network CallPilot 100/150. Can anyone give me a quick tip?

There is no speed dials in the Call pilot this is a Voice Mail.They are programed in the phone system,check there docs.

Yes, thanks so much. I just inherited this phone system and am still figuring out what is done in Call Pilot and what is done in the physical network.

Found my answer in the physical network documentation. Thanks for responding!
