Nortel Switch config backup and restore

Hello,
Please help me to make a correct backup and restore of the configuration files and images of the Nortel 5510,2550 and 425 model switches.
Please show me how to do it in cli mode and from JDM- device manager
What extension have this config files and images??

From the console/telnet (console preferred because out of band), first menu:
-COnfiguruation File.
-Config file download/upload menu

This is not CLI..its menu based and is easy..make sure you have a TFTP server on same network for ease of troubleshooting and connectivity.
