Nortel Switch and Cisco IP phone issues

We are running Cisco IPT across our nortel LAn and are experiencing issues with phones re-registering. we also seem to be having issues with the phones accessing the voice VLAN when using DHCP.

Does anyone knwo what could be casuing this,
