This seems to be a great forum but I thought everyone should know that Nortel now has their own Forum and anyone can join it. Just click on the link below and then select register from the left side of the page. Who knows, perhaps Nortel Employees post replies to technical issues?

They may post information, but I have seen people here who have better ideas, and the correct answers.. Where as with Nortel, it takes days and days to get an answer.

Also, why would they be interested in posting answers when they get up to $600 per call to their support department?

Their are often many ways to fix the same problem and usually Nortel`s way is harder or involves a cost..

I have never had a good experience with Nortel`s tech support and have got to the point where I will just not bother contacting...

You will get a quicker useful response here, from people who actually install and maintain these system on a day to day basis...
