So,trying to change some CCR tree programming and have disabled the tree(so it says), until I make changes and try to save it it keeps telling me the tree is enabled....
Voicemail on the way out???

If had this come up before and did a complete reset on the voicemail, and rebuilt everything...very time consuming and alittle annoying for the customer!!

Any ideas?...or sell em a new voicemail!!

Tree 1?

Disable via AA/Table/1/Tree and disable, newer systems each part of the day (4 of them).

Soon as you go to CCR/Admin it would tell you if the tree is enabled.

A reboot might help too.

Also check not just table 1 as it may be active in another table.
 
Just had that this week, table 2 had tree 1 active, check them all, strange that after reset it would still do that, so Curlycord's idea is a good one, re-boot.
