Nortel Star Talk Flash using 2 ports

I have Modular ics nt7b53 and a 2 channel startalk flash 1.9 rel 2. We have 3 incomming lines. Is there a way to assign one of the incomming line to a seperate channel of star talk. We have 2 companys and would like 2 different AA to answer. Company #1 lines 1&2 on its own AA and Company #2 on line #3 with its own AA. Iam not sure if this is possible . Any help would be appreciated

Have you considered building 2 ccr tree's and assigning the 1st set of lines to tree 1 and the 2nd set to tree 2. As long as you assign the 2 trees to different tables this should work. Let me know if this will work for you.

No need to build CCR trees. Just assign line 3 to greeting table 2 and record the customer greeting(s).

Exmogger is saying that you have two greeting tables in the flash. Use one for each of the companies. Tables may each be assigned to answer any line groupings you wish. You also have two CCR trees that you may use if desired.
