What is a SRS contract, and how much is it for a bcm 50?

I do believe it is you get all the upgrades and patches from Nortel with this contract.Price ?.

I don't believe there is SRS for the BCM's, only the CS1000 products.

Thanks. I want to upgrade my BCM 50 1.0 to version 2.0. But if they sell a contract that would give me version upgrades free, then I would do that since 3.0 is next year.

Like the others have said I think you'll only find that on the bigger systems. You could call someone like Verizon and they can tell you.

SRS for BCM50 exists today (GU5300BV9) however SRS does not exist for the BCM200/400.

SRS includes software upgrades and patches, but NOT the labour to install them.
