Can anyone help us with an issue we are having with an SRG/BCM50?

We are trying to route the analog station lines on the SRG across SIP to the host PBX a CS1000 to go out the PRI's on this PBX.

We are on a 5 digit dial plan with 7 front ending all of our numbers. We have 7A as a destination code pointing to route 1 (SIP). Calls continue to route out the local analog trunks on the SRG.

Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
