Nortel SL-100 call release problems

SL 100 rls. 14 ,we have a t-1 tie trunk to a shoretel VOIP system with 6 stations. When a call comes in to the console and is transfered to the VOIP stations the console can not release the call the call goes through and the party's can talk but the console can hear the conversation. They have been putting the call on hold for a quick fix.This alawys the 2 party's to have privacy. Because of the rls. on the SL-100 the routing is minumal so we had to build an ACD queue for each ext. going to the VOIP and night call forward to the tie trunk group. Anyone with Rls. 14 knowledge that has any ideas?

sl-100 or sl-1? sl-100 do not usually have consoles.. if it's a dms 100 i've never seen a console on one.. that problem is married to path replacement, check nortel for ntp and patches.. there have been several post about path replacement on the pbx side... don't know of a post on the sl-100 about this problem
