Can Someone tell me how to become a Registered User at Nortel's site? What are the requirements? Will you be able to download NRU 11.0?

What you would need to become is a channel partner

AS A REGISTERED USER YOU GET ACCESS TO MERIDIAN BUT NOT NORSTAR, IF YOU HAVE A NORTEL REP THAT YOU CAN CONTACT AFTER YOU HAVE REGISTERED TELL HIM THAT YOU NEED ACCESS TO NORSTAR. THAT'S WHAT I HAD TO DO
