nortel silent monitor

I have set up a system with 6.1 software. All stations are in the hunt group and the pri is directed to that group. Only one phone can be monitored (the kitchen phone). Is there a conflict known? I worked with tech support to set it up and it does work with the one. Please advise any and all suggestions.

Make sure NO LINES are assigned to the set thats in a hunt group and assign a hunt group key.
