Nortel SECC , user custadmin locked out,.

Hi,.

One of our callcentre supervisors managed to lock out the custadmin logon yesterday. From sysadmin I have unlocked the account and reset the password, but now when attempting to login i get the message :
A server connection could not be established.
Site Name. C:/Program Files,. etc,. etc
Please try again later.

Any ideas guys?
