As far as I noticed that product isnt used in EMEA yet... all what does exist are powerpoints but not even one customer has that product...
It might be that this product will be available in summer... I guess we need to wait until nortel provide new information about this product....

I did find more information on a site that was talking about IBM. It looks like the system that Nortel & IBM partnered up and came up with as there total IP solution.
