Nortel Reports

Help,

I am not a nortel tech, however I have been tasked to provide various reports on some Nortel switches. The following are some examples of reports required.

Extension (Number, Name, Phone Type, COS)
Trunk (Number, Name, Group, Type, USe)
Equipped, Wired & Working (phones, Trunks, Analog).

The following are teh Nortel type of systems:

Qty Switch

002 BCM-3.0
002 Option 11C
002 Option 11E
002 Option 61C
006 Option 81
004 Norstar

If ther is a way to download and/or export the information that would be preferable. If not any and all help would be appreciated. Our customer wants this inofrmation on a Monthly basis.

I know M1 only, so Option 11C, 11E 61C 81.
Be sure that you capture the output!

Go into the console and print out a full TN report

TYPE TNB [Enter]
...
CUST 0 [Enter]
...
DES [Enter]

Goto

and download their mv.xls file.
Run this file and import the textfile just captured from the PBX.
