Nortel Reporting for Contact Center

Hi, I have a BCM400 version 4.0.2.03, I have been using the RCC module since I bougth this BCM, every 6 months more or less I have to reinstall the RCC cause the database gets corrupted, this time it happened and I am doing the same I did every time, but it's not working anymore, at some point downloading the data from the BCM it says something about an XML malformed and in fact I can read it in the RCC logs as you can see below, at this point the RCC stops downloading and gets stuck forever, I have tried almost everything, including installing a new clean server.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The malformed xml is on line 21:
</RptSystemInfo><?xml version="1.0" encoding="us-ascii"?>

It looks like there are 2 xml blocks sent by the BCM - RCC cannot handle this.

Are you using RCC 2.4, or RCC 2.45?
Both work against the BCM400; RCC 2.4 uses MySQL database, which tends to fail when it reaches 2GB; RCC 2.45 was the MS SQL Server replacement which fixed the errors found in MySQL.
In reality, you want to try and get yourself onto 2.45 if possible.
