Nortel Reporting for Contact Center

Hi all,

I'm running v2.4.356.3.61 which I've come to realize is now a little outdated.

How do I go about getting any updates that I can or the newest version. Also, what would be the newest version?

Typically you load the latest service updates on the BCM, and the client is included as part of that update. Assuming BCM 4.0, you would install the latest desktop service update, then download/install the RCC client from the BCM after the update is applied.

I think the same logic applies for BCM 3.6 or 3.7 systems.

I believe the latest RCC version is 2.4.360 something or another.

Oh, so I guess I wasn't so far off. I was expecting the latest to be in the v4.something or others.
