Nortel RCC: Unable to resize live report windows 1

Hello,

I would like to be able to have some sort of live agent status screen on a tv in our office. The RCC has the Agent Detail Live Report that looks like it would work, but I am unable to resize the window in order for it to be readable from a few feet away. I have changed the resolution to change how the window fits on the screen but the java text doesnt line up after changing the window size.

Does anyone know a workaround for this? Or any other solution for displaying live call center data on an LCD screen?

You cannot resize those windows. What you see is what you get unfortunately.

However, if you were to upgrade to RCC5 you could use the HDview, which will do what you want.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I have a BCM 400 (should have included the version earlier) which isnt supported by RCC 5.0. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No other suggestions unfortunately.

What you have is the best you can get for that release.

Might be worth upgrading though if you have the budget
