Nortel Quality Monitoring, problems printing from Administration Utili

Hi!

I'm in the learning curve on Nortel Quality Monitoring and when I try to print from the administartion Utility/special reports area ( Instrument/Terminal Relationship), I get only the first page but only with the report title and no data just like this:

Instrument/Terminal Relationships
Instrument No Terminal Page 1

Actually the window shows the data but dosn't print. When I print the unassigned Instruments report it prints but whit the tittle missing. I try to check if there is a parameter on the configurations sattings, but I didn't find something. i check and the server is printing fine with other applications.
