Nortel Quality Monitoring CTI call direction Outbound not Ok.

Hi Guys,

On Quality Monitoring i can't have outbound calls loaded into contact folder <Randomizer Rules>
All inbound calls can be found into contact folder , so this happen only for Outbound calls .
Have you guys already experience this issue .

Please help.
