Hey First post

Need some help one of our phone's isn't working when i pick up the line there is dial tone but you can't talk or hear the other person. makes out bound calls and internal calls but but can't hear anything.

I think something happend when it got programmed so i want to copy an other phones profile to that one phone both phones are M7324.

sounds like a phone issue. Replace the phone or handset with a know working one and try again.

You might try unpluging and pluging it back in. I have had some luck with that...

Try going in to maintenance and disable the port for that set, and then re enable it.
