I inherited a customer who has the Nortel Compact ICS. They recently were victims of a power surge or lightning in the local area and lost one of the 4 incoming CO's. Of course the previous vendor has no voltage protection on anything, and as a result have turned to me to get them back in service. Am I looking at a complete system change or is there an individual card which can be changed?
