I was forced to purchase a Unity voicemail system. Bosses think they know all. My problem is that when a caller calls a nortel phone which has been FDN and HUNT to the Unity voicemail system the nortel phone rings 4 times, then unity picks up and thinks that the caller is trying to log in to the voicemail system instead of letting the caller leave a message. How can I fix this?

how to fix this...get a new boss one that knows more about telephony, i mean why would anyone want to mix their telecom equip. up like that.
