How can i tell if my phones are analog or digital? I am trying to program a cordless phone but I can't get it to work. Where would I find my phone ID #????? Thank You

Is it a Nortel "system" phone or an off the shelf home use style cordless?
A "home use style" phone is an analog phone and needs an analog port (also called a single line or tip/ring port) or adapter to function.

skmcclintock.. you have posted 3 times about the same problem. I recommend you to look in your phone book, find a Norstar technician, and have him install the phone for you.
