Hi,

I have configured Nortel 11xx and 12xx phone with Avaya IPoffice server edition release 9.0
When i make a call from one phone to another, phone shows "Cann't find user" error message at phone screen.

Can any one help me to resolve this issue.

Any help is appreciated.
 
From that amount of information - No.

What shows in System Status or Monitor? Can the phone access other function (eg. shortcodes and voicemail). Just these two phones or calls to any phones? External calls? Are the extensions licensed?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
