Nortel phone IP1210 on BCM50 1

Hi to all...
we have this system:
BCM50 with licenses active:

ACTIVE VM seat 12
ACTIVE UM seat 12
ACTIVE IP client seat 12
ACTIVE int digit seat 4
ACTIVE basic cc sw 1
ACTIVE LANCTE seat 1
ACTIVE exp port 1
ACTIVE BT RACE 1

System id 0016CA3DC8CC
S/W 1.00.2.04.j
BCM 50 rel.1

we have already test Nortel IP phone 1140E and it works fine.

but we have programmed IP Phone 1210 with the same parameters and THIS DON'T WORK!!.
You think that we need other licenses or a new S/W version?!

Is correctly that we need release BCM50 3.0 for this phone??

BCM 50 release 3.0 at minimum is required for the 1200 series IP phones to work.
