I have a nortel compact ICS with a call pilot 100...I need to change an employees name on one of the phones..how do you do it

also have a phone that is for general messages that says mailbox locked, how do I access or reset to new pswd?

Go into the ICS with the admin password and change the name. Do a F987 to log into mail and reset the mailbox. There is a Norstar forum that may be of more help to you. Hope this helps.
