Nortel PBX 911 Call Capture 1

I know that there is a way for a Nortel Rls.4.5 or better PBX to capture 911 calls, made from internal users across a telco PRI, in the history logs but I do not know how to set it up. Any ideas ?

you have to set up in ld 24. set this up and when someone dial 911 it will print on the tty where the call came from. I know you can do this, but it has been a while since I had to.

set it up and OSN data will appear in the History file
