Nortel's port Index math is based on 64, so you take the IFindex, divide by 64, and the whole number portion is the card. Then, take the value of the ifindex, add 1, and subtract the card/port 1 value, to obtain the actual port that's screaming. IE Hex 02b7 = decimal 695. 695 / 64 = 10. 695+1 - (64&10) = 56. So, for whatever reason, it's complaining that card 10 port 56 isn't a valid port, which is right - because unless you've got some super secret blade I don't think they have one with that many ports.
What is the card 10 module? Or do you even have a module in that slot? Any other errors in the log? Are these E series, M, or R series modules? What SF's? Any MLT's or SMLT's on that card?
