I am on OTM 2.2 and am having troubles running reports. Everything has worked fine for years. All of sudden reports will not run. We are polling the data from the switch, it's running through the costing process just fine and I can run Traffic Reports without a problem. When I try to run a report it shows it's loading and then bombs out. What could be the problem?

Nortel OTM Telecom Billing Reports

This was resolved by adding a new printer to system. Evidently the assigned printer was removed from network without notification.
The system must have valid printer asigned to run any reports through the Telecom Billing application. This is true even if you're just displaying the report to the screen or saving to a file.
