Nortel or NEC

Looking for some feedback.

We are looking at an NEC IPS2000 system and a Nortel BCM 400 system.

Any advantages/disavantages to one or the other?

We have limited $ for this install which greatly effects options.

Appreciate any information.

My suggestions
Work with vendors ... preferably one who can provide both options
Give your requirements (as detailed as possible)
Pick the system which fulfils most of your requirements within budget

That being said, it is mostly personal preference, since most systems do most of the things required

Just curious, as this is a critical component of the decision, how does caller ID appear on the T7316e series phones?

Do you get to see caller # and name at the same time or is this a one or the other options?

Name can be the first display, or number can be the first display. Can't see both at once.
