Nortel Option 81c and Witness

We have an Option 81c and Witness system connected. My problem is when the agents try to Agent Initiated Monitoring, the application starts then it just times out waiting for the switch.

Has anyone ever used the Witness Systems Agent Initiated Monting application and if so could you tell me what needs to setup on either the switch or the Witness Application.
 
Are you able to do monitoring from the supervisor clients? I know that the AST prompt on the dummy 2616 ports you setup for Witness has to be set to a specific number. This may be blocking the agents from being able to initiate. You might also make sure that the system has free ports for them to do this. Sometimes if the QC schedule is set to record too many calls it eats up all the resources.
