Nortel Option 81c and DMS100 Conference

I have a DMS100 that is converting to an Option 81c. It seems thath the customer has the capablilty to conference up to 30 people at one time. How can this be accomplished on the Option 81c without tying the AO6 groups together.
Is this possible on the Option 81c (Succession)

you'll need a conference bridge (MICB) in 81C

The Conferences are out dialed conferences. It is not used like the normal conference bridge dial in. In a company disaster all parties are called into this conferece.
