Nortel Option 11c with Call Pilot 150 mini
lines adtn 700 ACD Dn 700 incoming COT trunks intermittently
ring open ? Is there a way to have incoming trunk disconnect
after so many rings ? Note lines are loop start ? no supervision
are have the acd dn 700 rout back to 700 or rout to a extionsion

Do you mean callers hear ring, but no phones in the system are heard ringing?

Try this for starters: In the ACD 700 Data block (CHG in LD23) set these:

At RTQT enter the number of rings you want to be presented at the phone before sending the call back to queue.

At RTQO enter NRD to put the phone on Not Ready, enter MSB to put the phone on Make Busy and log it out. I suggest MSB for this issue.
