Our main office in a seperate building from our new call center needs to Nortel Option 11 C PBX. It only has 20 phones and none used for anything other than general office use (not an outgoing or incoming call center).

Could we just use the Nortel Option 11 C PBX mini? What is the cost difference?

Why not consider one of the following:
* IP-Phones connected to the main-switch.
* RemoteOffice 9150 (Up to 32 sets + one fax) connected to the main-switch.
* IP Expansion Cabinet (Main Switch = Option 11C/Succession 1000M) connected to the main-switch.
* Carrier Remote/Fiber Remote (Main Switch =Option 51C/61C/81C/Succession 1000M) connected to the main-switch.
