Need some guidance with a customer that has a Nortel Option 11. When a call is made out of the PRI from a analog wireless Polycom phone to a 1-800 conferencing service, the call remains active for around 50 or so minutes and then they hear what they said was a dial tone or ring back and then the attendant phone answers the call-realizes what’s happening and then hangs up. The whole time the conference is still intact. This is the second time this has happened on important calls and would like to have this stopped. Any suggestions are welcomed. I assume there is a timer involved but not sure which or where to find it.
