I am trying to forward calls from X2302, which has a mailbox 2302, to an application (voice menu) in Callpilot. I've changed the FDN/Hunt to 5302, and built 5302 as a dummy ACD that NCFWs to Callpilot, and as a Phantom DN that DCFWs to Callpilot. Both ways keep the originally dialed DN info and send the caller to mailbox 2302. I suggested changing the mailbox to 3302 and make 2302 a Service DN associated with the application (which would have an option to leave a message in mailbox 3302) but the Admin feels the mismatched DN/Mailbox would confuse the user. Does any one know how to stop the original dialed DN from following the call?

You can have a Voice Service DN of 2302 as well a mailbox 2302. The Voice Service has presidence to be answered thus not getting the voicemail box greeting. In the Menu have an option to express message to that mailbox.

Thanks guys! I had tried the CFO/CFF but that didn't change any thing. All this time I thought you couldn't have a mailbox numbered same as an SDN. Maybe that carried over in my head from Meridian Mail. But that's what worked and the customer is happy... for now.
