Nortel: Norstar Remote utilities 11.0 and Windows 7

Has anyone tried been able to get the Norstar Remote utilities v11.0 to work on Windows 7 either by shiming like the XP intall or by running it virtualized.

On Window 7 you have to run on Virtual XP machine.

How can you set the "class of service" for an extension? We have additional lines available but they are all set for local calls only.

If you get this working on Windows 7, let me know. I have a laptop with XP on it just for this.

ptstechnician you can do as allworxguy sugested and just load a virtual XP onto your 7 machine. I did it on my VISTA about a year ago and it works perfect it was a free download from Microsoft at the time.
