Nortel norstar redirecting to wrong extension.

Hi,
I recently deleted a few mail boxes from nortel norstar. When we transferred a call to one of the extensions that does not have mail box, if we dont answer it rings a few times and shows mail box full and transferring to a auto message press 0 for operator, press 1 for office hours and general info, press 2 for scheduling.

My question is when we press 0 it is redirecting to manager extension instead of reception desk. How do i change to where when press 0 it will redirect to reception desk extension.

Currently we have voice mail boxes setup to each extension. Do we have to delete them if we dont use to avoid confusion or is there a way to disable the mail box and redirect to auto message?
 
Message of "mailbox is full" on a phone that does not have a mailbox is an indication the general delivery mailbox is full.

The 0 option "redirection" can be found in F982 operator settings.

You should also remove the automatic call forwarding to the voice mail from extension that no longer has a mailbox. This will stop the caller from being direct to the general mailbox and return him/her to whoever transferred the call.

How can I remove automatic call forwarding? Also on F982 I dont see any option to switch the extension option. All it says is Autoattendant 221. When someone press 0 it currently redirect to extension 223 instead I was wanting to change to extension 224.

There is an overide ATDT setting in the table set up of the voice mail auto-attendant.

Log in to the voice mail admin F983 and go the appropiate table and change the ATDT setting from 223 to 224

Call forwarding:
Log-in to the phone system Terminals & Sets > DN > Capabilities > CFNA and CFB change to none

Thank you so much Marv I got the call forwarding part.

I still confused on changing or building a table.
My requirement is when someone call from outside it should say press 0 for operator, press 1 for office hours and general info, press 2 for scheduling and want to redirect to appropriate extension based on that.

Where do i create a table to say 0 will redirect to 221, 1 will redirect to 222, 2 will redirect to 223.
Also can i see what is on current setup?

TABLE/1/ATDNT and also F982/ATDNT - change both ATDNT's to 221

For the rest that is called CCR - Custom Call Routing

OTHER/CCR/ADMIN/TREE1/PATH/0 is to change the main greeting (or rest of greeting when using AA/GRTG/GRTG
OTHER/CCR/ADMIN/TREE1/PATH/1/TRSF/INT/222

Strongly suggest that you hire your local vendor for a crash course on this.
You will need to enable and disable the tree when working on it under TABEL.
