I recently deleted a few mail boxes from nortel norstar. When we transferred a call to one of the extensions that does not have mail box, if we dont answer it rings a few times and shows mail box full and transferring to a auto message press 0 for operator, press 1 for office hours and general info, press 2 for scheduling.
My question is when we press 0 it is redirecting to manager extension instead of reception desk. How do i change to where when press 0 it will redirect to reception desk extension.
Currently we have voice mail boxes setup to each extension. Do we have to delete them if we dont use to avoid confusion or is there a way to disable the mail box and redirect to auto message?
