I am faced with the task of re-programming voice mail and other options on a Nortel Norstar Plus system with StarTalk Flash voice mail. I have no documentation on the Norstar Plus, but I do have the book on the StarTalk Flash v.m. Does anyone know if it is possible to forward a call to an external number from this system, and if so, how? The client has a project manager who works "on-site" and would like to automatically forward his calls to his cell phone.

Thanks in advance.

The call forward happens through the system itself. It is Feature 84, Line Redirection.

If the MICS is software release 4.1 or greater, external cfwd is possible using routes & destination codes. Lower software versions need to use Line Redirection as BagsNYC mentioned
