I am new at my aviation office. The previous person left with no instructions on the phone. I am trying to access/reset 2 mailboxes and have no passwords. I tried using admin 1020000 it works up until a certain point. Instead of a soft key to reset I get a soft key that says DIR for directory and I can't find the two names listed on the directory. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to access these two mailboxes or just delete them and start over. I'm pulling my hair out and want to throw the darn phone out the window!!

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

for the most part you will put in the extenion numbers of the two mailboxes that you need to reset. the most common exception is that sometimes the receptionist phone is 100 instead of their extension number.

F983, password, mbox, change, enter mb#, and the first thing you're prompted with is reset password. Press reset. The password on that mailbox is now 0000, and you'll be prompted to change it when you log in.
