Nortel Norstar clicking noise dropped calls

This is on all outgoing calls on all 6-7 lines. You hear a bit of static and a clicking noise. If you're on hold the music will stop and start over and over and the call will eventually be dropped and back to a dial tone. Is this something with the system or with the Telco?

Could be Telco, go to the Demark and test there if calls drop at Demark you have Telco trouble

OK now I'm getting a headache. Messed around awhile and the issue only seems to be when we call to or receive calls from cell phones. Why on earth would that be. This just became an issue a few days ago

Are all of the calls to a particular cell provider?

It could be a problem in their network.

What kind of trunks are in use?
