Nortel Networks Question 1

I am not sure if this is the right place to post but I cannot find how to instruct callers to get back to the main menu (company directory) if they reach a voicemail. Does anyone know how to do this? I have tried everything, *, **, #, etc.

You might try asking on our 'sister' telephony groups. To join them select 'Subscribe to Forums', you'll find them under 'Wiring Closet', and then either 'phone systems' or 'telephony' depending on the group your looking for.
