Nortel Networks Phone System- HELP 1

Hello

I have a Nortel Network phone system in our office and recently the voicemail for another extention is not become the main voicemail for the company when calling in on main line. How can I fix or disable this voicemail? or redirect the voicemail back to main voicemail.

WE do not use any of the extentions or voicemails on other phones except the mian line.
