I have a customer who recently moved his 4.0 NAM from a MICS 4.1 w/PRI to a MICS 6.1 w/PRI at a new location. Now none of the DID's off the PRI will forward into a VM box it goes to the main AA greeting. But internal calls with go to the box also F986 will put it into the box. Any one have any ideas to correct this short of redoing the whole mail.

MICS 6.1 requires NAM 4.1
So it needs an upgrade, which is quite a process if you are unfamiliar with it.

also you were supposed to upgrade nam first..to 4.1 then ksu to 6.1....6.1 should be maint rel 6.10
