A NAM doesn't have a repeat key option like a Callpilot does. I'm sure you could program some kind of work around ie. recording your greeting again into ccr 1..

Try pressing the * key to see if this repeats the greeting. You'll have to set "Return to AA" to Y otherwise the system will say "goodbye" and disconnect. This can leave the voicemail open to hacking attempts.
