Nortel MICS with Nam voicemail

Have a call from old client today saying they were hacked for long distance and want us to come in ASAP.

I have done many call pilots and things like that but never a Nam. What do I look for -class of service ???

I will read all this info many thanks. I do not think I will do the patch root at this point but I feel that I can work on the station side and class of service side of the nam to get this under control.
