Nortel MICS - System Freezing 1

We have a customer with a MICS SW Version 7.0 (30DEC12 NAT). The system is configured with 2 PRI T1, Combo Card, 1 0x12 with 12 POTS Lines, 1 0x8 Analog Station Module and 4 Station Modules. All 96 Digital Stations are in use, so it is pretty much maxed out. The customer does a lot of calls, lots of dialing. The system was working well until we added the 4th 0x16 Digital Station Module last week. Once it was added, the system has now "frozen" two times. When the system freezes, it literally just freezes up. All active calls remain active, callers cannot dial, and no calls appear to come in. The system has to be power cycled in order to make it functional again.

My gut tells me that the issue is capacity on the system and it likely needs to be upgraded to XC Software with a 2nd Combo Card or a Services Cartridge. Anyone with any ideas?

What is the Rls # of the NVRAM cartridge? should be 2 as well 2 Combo cards when getting that big....others can confirm.
