My company is opening an office in Mexico in a leased space. We run a Nortel MICS in our office in the states and are therefore familiar with system and programming. Will the MICS work with the Mexican Telco. We have four copper lines incoming. Any advice appreciated.

Yes it will.
However careful with older voicemails, check to see if it English/Spanish and not English/French.
If its Callpilot then you can load almost any major language you want.
