Nortel MICS having issues with not hearing incoming calls periodically

I have a MICS 6.0 software w/2 CLID CARDS.
My customer is having issues with only incoming calls. The callers hear me but I do not hear the caller. I think carrier issue..is there something I can try on my in to verify?
 
-Every call? if not then client to note what line appears to have issues...in your case this should be done since it is periodically.
-Every line? if just one or some then try and swap a good line with a bad (jumper or cord) or swap line cards to see if port or carrier/gateway issue
-What type of line? I suspect SIP using analog gateway (or cable box) in which case I might blame the network/router/gateway or carrier..."voip issue"
